Katrese and Ralna were AMAZING! Had such a great experience. Update: I still believe my experience in the floor with Ralna and Katrese was great. HOWEVER every thing that has come after has been less than acceptable. Two weeks after ordering my dress on June 6th I go to pick it up. They ordered it the wrong color. Fine, mistakes happen. This time I’m told it won’t be ready for pick up until August 23rd. I call on August 23rd and I’m told “we don’t receive shipments on the weekends but it may be in our shipment tomorrow.” So ... read more
We were greeted when we entered the store by the nicest hostess, she explained the process and introduced us to Asia who assisted us during our appointment, she was awesome answering questions and giving us options. Very enjoyable experience!

We did not have a good experience. The ladies were extremely rude. There were pins all over the floor. The communication was terrible. They didn’t know the status of my dress several times; calling me multiple times asking and telling me different things. The place itself was very unclean. Dresses all over the floor you couldn’t even walk without stepping on them. The bathrooms were gross and a women next to me had spiders in the dress she was trying on. Would not recommend.
