I had an overwhelmingly positive experience working with Mr. Calaiaro, and I highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs a fresh start. Tons of experience, knows the court and the law in and out. He is very sympathetic to people finding themselves in difficult situations, and expressed personal concern for me on more than one occasion. I had a highly unusual case that involved pushback from the Trustee and Mr. Calairo was unfazed, stood on the law and the facts, and achieved the desired result. Discharged! 100/100

At first, they were a huge help and seemed very sincere and understanding.. after they knew they were going to be receiving a monthly payment (for 6 years) they started to ignore every email I sent! I asked for explanations on my payments.. crickets..asked to email me back...crickets..asked how to contact trustees..crickets..asked for explanation on payments and why I am paying an OUTRAGES amount.. once again, crickets

Took 5K from us to overturn a sheriff sale. They never kept in touch and never answered my calls or texts. My wife and I are losing our house because of this firm. We have no paperwork from them showing us what they did to help us!

Incompetent and absolutely corrupt. They falsified information, charged $15,000 and did nothing, wouldn't return emails, call for almost a year! They are deceitful and have breached every Rule of Professional Conduct prompting me to file a formal bar complaint. Stay far away from this firm!
