I thought it was interesting that as someone of Asian-descent, I was assigned an Asian Sales associate. My shopping experience was fine. I just found it strange that as someone who speaks English and prefers to, I was matched Asian to Asian. If I prefer to speak English, doubt it matter which sales associate I'm assigned.
I had a great experience at this store yesterday. Especially, I’d like to thank one of the brand ambassadors, Tyler Hanson, for being extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind in assisting me with a necklace selection. One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had so far.
The staff at David Yurman on Bloor St are extremely helpful and professional. Narmella helped me during the purchasing process and has been a pleasure to deal with.
Went here to buy a bracelet and found a stainless steel one that I really enjoy. Our salesperson was incredibly friendly but seemed a bit unfamiliar with the sales process so it took us >15 mins to pay for the item.
