Extremely disappointed with my experience at the David Yurman boutique at the Mall at Millenia. I walked into the store fully intending to purchase a ring worth approximately $6,000 as a birthday gift for my husband. I knew exactly what I wanted and expected to be in and out within a few minutes. When I entered, there were four employees on the sales floor, all appearing to be assisting customers. I understand being busy, but not a single person greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or even said, “We’ll be with you shortly.”... read more
Staff is super un-welcoming and rude. I attempted to ask for help from one of the associates and he snapped at me telling me he was helping someone. That could have been handled in so many better ways. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have worked. Avoid the dark haired dude with the skeleton ring. Super rude.
