I'm tired of waiting for my wedding band after numerous errors from their side. We got my wedding band from there and submitted it to get it resized and engraved. The ring came back in the right size but with no engraving. So we requested to have it sent back and get it engraved again. Great Service
I don’t recommend the City Center location. I opted to shop offline because I wanted to experience the in-person service it has to offer. The doorman greeted me nicely when I came in. But I immediately sensed the odd vibe. I cannot describe my feelings, but I saw another person commented the same on her post. It was during the holiday season, and the store was busy. Don't buy it! For an $800 David Yurman necklace, the lack of any parts warranty or guarantee against breakage is unacceptable. The clasp stopped working.This is a parts issue.I am not a happy customer.
