I would not recommend Dr. Yakin or Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists. I learned that there were specific medical reasons why surgery could not be conducted in their surgical center. They were aware of these issues when I completed the paperwork at registration and the pre-surgery questionnaire. I was waiting for surgery, heart monitor on, with a gown having their nurse blow out my vein for the IV when the anesthesiologists came and said the surgery could not be done.
