The doctor was my PCP for a few years. I was not happy with the treatment as it never addressed the root cause. I changed my provider in 2020 and am much happier now.
I have had nothing but frustration when dealing with Dr. Pong and his support staff. Getting prescriptions renewed has been a major problem. There is also a problem with communication.
Not happy with the provider as they have never been able to treat any of my problems in over 8 years of being their patient. The response always seems to be one of “what do you think we should do” instead of trying to accurately diagnose the problem. Changed my provider recently and am never going back.
