I cannot say enough good things about David! He handled our home loan as well as an FHA construction loan we threw at him at the last minute. The sellers needed a quick close and David didn't miss a beat. He was able to add the construction loan, get us a great interest rate, AND get it done on a very challenging timeline. He's kind, easy to work with, and goes out of his way for clients. I highly recommend David and will choose him again should we need another mortgage loan.
