This plan is garbage!!!!! I got this plan in 2/12024. I explained that it was the only insurance I have! I got a kidney transplant in 2021 and the Medicare ended on 1/31/2024 so I only needed this insurance to cover me until 7/31/24 because I would be able to get back on Medicare in August when I turn 65. These people dropped my insurance in June!!!!!! I remind you that I have lupus, pulmonary hypertension and kidney disease. I have lots of medications and doctors!!!! They send their own providers to COLLECTIONS. I open the mail after thanksgiving and find a collections notice, apparently for an overpayment of a claim(?) Maybe it's a mistake... so I called them, and they tell me call the collections agency, they don't care. Sure, paid w/e they wanted and called up the few patients who had it, encouraged them to switch insurances and ceased taking it. Told all my other provider friends in the area my experience

I only gave them 4 stars because they need to raise the cost of living raise that they give employees.
