David was a calming voice in the storm. Buying/selling real estate doesn't seem to agree with me and a good part of David's role was keeping me from panicking. He kept me informed of what was done and needed to be done and what to watch for. The start to finish search to close went without a hitch and I thank him for that. David helped sell our home, and purchase a new one. The timing was tricky, as both transactions needed to be simultaneous. He navigated that hurdle easily and flawlessly. He had our house sold within a day of listing. He is a consummate professional, experienced and very obviously good at what he does.
