Purchased our home 4 years ago. Fissures all around ceilings on second floor. Repaired them but they are coming back. Handyman thinks cause could be structural. Now having water in my ceiling as well on second floor coming from roof booth. Just found that a nail is piercing from roof to ceiling of attic letting in water overtime during heavy rain. Also multiple windows are defective. Tried calling warranty through their phone numbers and email but no phones are working.
