i’m doing a project over a house from this company and the pictures that were listed were awful. so i reached out to a member of staff and they never got back to me. i also emailed the company and got no response.
I Work for David Webb Property Management.. It is very hard to find a Nicer and more Respected agent in this area. David Webb has a great reputation in Real Estate as well as a Professor at UCO before his retirement. He is a kind and respectful caring person that is well liked as soon as you meet him. Too snobby and only out for herself she thinks she will get it when David is long gone and that's not possible bc she is too selfish and thinks she is privileged just bc she is a "property management" no dergree required I'm sure and she is so unprofessional and cheap and it reflect to the renters who are blind to her scam
Tried to stop by their office for an appointment to look at a property and couldn’t even find the office. The person on the phone said their name was on the door and it’s not. Apparently the address on google vs where they’re at are not the same. They still wouldn’t give me a suite number or anything. If it’s that hard just to find a place without clear directions to their office I sure would hate to rent from them. Complete lack of confidence on their part.
