Have had 2 procedures and recommended Dr. Strege who performed successful surgery on a friend.

He spent a total of 3 minutes with me. Did not listen to what I had to say. Did not provide any instruction what home care I need to do. What should I expect in coming days for my injury. He absolutely did nothing. Just said to come back after 1 month. He wants to get the $205 visit fee. Definitely not recommended and will not go back.

Permanent Nerve damage left hand following surgery. Disfigured hand. I can no longer work as a nurse.

One of the worst specialists I have ever encountered. Since my first visit with him, where he IMMEDIATELY recommended surgery, I have had the same issue 3 times and used another surgeon who suggested we try cortisone first...and it worked. Surgery avoided. His staff left a suture in my hand (there were only 2 to begin with) AND I was charged for the post-0P visit, which should be free. He is arrogant, flippant and gives zero personal attention. Moved on to Dr. Pruitt at Mercy who is amazing. Check out his 5 star reviews for ... read more

Horrible he told me he would make my finger straight and skinny and also shave back bone spurs. My finger is fatter than any other finger on my hand he shaves them back and leaves them. Two huge bumps and horrible scars that will never go away. Please do not let him touch you, but if you do you can pay out of pocket for another surgery to try and make it look better??

I had a great visit with Dr. Strege. I had to have surgery and I was able to schedule it very quickly, two days later. Very happy about that.

He is warm, understanding, and kind. He is a good listener and is very gentle. He explains the procedures to you so you can make an informed decision.

Dr. Strege discussed my options, answered all my questions, and gave me a detailed recovery plan. I feel he did an excellent job outlining my course of treatment.

Dr. Strege and Rick Powell were very professional in their approach to my arm issues and surgery went well. Gave me as much time as i needed to answer each and every question. Going back to address my shoulder issues on the other side. I would highly recommend them both
