He is an excellent surgeon.
My experience could not have gone any better for this first of two total knee replacements. Dr. Manning & his team as well as the hospital staff really did meet any expectations I could have, and given that I do this again in 4 weeks, this has been a great start.
I can't say enough good things about my knee replacement experience with Dr. Manning. Not only do I feel that he is exceptionally skilled, but Dr. Manning and his team provided careful and caring follow-up for the 2-3 days that I was in NW Hospital. And, on my return after 2 weeks to have my knee x-rayed and to have the staples removed, the visit was a model of efficiency. Dr. Manning did a top-notch job on the surgery, and I feel he would be responsive if I encounter problems later.
Dr. Manning, I am convinced, is a magician. This is the second hip he replaced for me, right hip in May 2017, left hip in December 2017. Both went perfectly. In both cases, I was up and walking without pain the next day. There were no complications, I needed no pain meds, and after two weeks at home, I've returned to work. Both hips involved very severe osteoarthritis, bone on bone with no cartilage. Now I am pain free for the first time in years. Can't thank him enough.
My experience with Dr. Manning was wonderful from the time I met him at the initial appointment to the day I had surgery 6 months later. His office staff was most helpful at every step of the process. I am now 2 1/2 months out from a TKA and I was cleared to play golf at my 2 month check up. I would highly recommend Dr. Manning and have done so with everyone I speak to.
Dr Manning is one of the best surgeons out there. His way of performing hip replacement surgery is far none the best. Recovery time is great plus he is very easy to talk to and is great on explaining details. Highly recommend him.
I was referred to Dr. Manning by a friend who had both hips replaced by his team and insisted he is the.best of the best, and I have to agree, When working with the best, I wasn't surprised at the need to wait weeks (or months) to get onto his schedule. I am happy that I chose to take the time to be able to have Dr. Manning for my surgeon. His team is pleasant and efficient, true professionals obviously skilled at what they do, from the time you walk in the door, until you are fully recovered

I can not say enough about Dr. Manning and his team. From my first evaluation appointment through my surgery I knew I was in the best care. Thank you for making me feel at ease and explaining each step along the way. You and your team are exceptional!
