The young man who was an assistant prepared me for an eye injection and was professional and encouraging. Dr Johnson is very kind and highly skilled in giving injections. He has cared for my macular degeneration for many years. I appreciate his abilities and honesty! I always feel confident that he knows what’s best for my right eye. I am very thankful for him!

I see a lot of doctors and Dr. Johnson might be the best of them. He handled my surgery perfectly and the care after surgery was just as good. I would recommend him to anyone including family.

Dr Johnson performed a vitrectomy on my eye, only to leave two holes in the rear of the capsule containing my lens. As was always a risk, the vitrectomy led to a cataract. However, either he was over aggressive or rushed during his surgery .. leading to holes which greatly impaired my following cataract surgery. He seems like a nice guy, but I would definitely NOT recommend him.
