Expensive Adequate dentist I had a tooth extracted by this office. It was a 2 hour long process and exceptionally painful. The dr. broke the tooth and then charged me double because it became a "surgical" procedure. over an hour with my mouth open and jim pulling on my jaw left me hurting for weeks and I am still trying to pay the $100 bill after insurance. Them accepting the Guardian plan through work was why I went, but I was not thrilled. Although the tooth was out and the pain lessened.
Dr. Johnson is terrific to work with - he listens and doesn't preach his political views like the last dentist I saw ten years ago. Switched to Dr. J because of that. Never regretted the decision.
I like Dr. Johnson, he's a friendly person and a good dentist but, there's a very unprofessional staff member (Lynn) in his office. First set of partials they made for me broke. I requested new one be made. Lynn refused service (her exact words "she is not going to allow it") unless I allow them to do complete deep scaling. " I DON'T WANT A DEEP SCALING, I just new partials. Lynn, you don't have the right to tell me what I have to do! My wife My daughter and I will find another dentist.
