He has such a low and elitist opinion of his patients. To be a pain management Doctor he has no idea what that is. I was passed around the practice to different departments and had a bunch of tests. When they had maxed out my health insurance he went into You don't need this and don't ask for any pain meds. I wished I had checked this guy out and not just went on a recommendation. What a mistake. Don't waste your copays or your time. There are too many good pain management Doctors in Venice to go to than this guy. I found on... read more

I highly recommend Dr Haber for pain management. I had him for a few years and was saddened to learn he left Venice Fl. Once again I needed him. I did find another Dr that I like just as well, thank heavens. I agree with the patient who said that those who gave unsatisfactory reviews didn’t get what they wanted. Dr Haber is an excellent Dr and I would recommend him to anyone. I for one wanted to steer clear of surgery and I didn’t want to become addicted to pain meds. I felt very safe with this Dr. You can trust in his judgm... read more

He has no concept of what pain management is. It is a waste of time to see him. After going to see him, and being told the pain medication is for only weak and terminally ill patients. I jumped through all of his hoops. All my histories and even with to his Group's Psychologist for evaluation and had a battery of tests. After paying the copays and my insurance paying for, what I believe was unnecessary tests. I was scheduled a month out. That way where I complained to my Insurance it had already paid. And what is this thing ... read more

A very bad doctor. Likes to pass you around to other doctors in his group, I guess to share the wealth. Than tells you that the pain you have is not real and to come back. After the 3rd visit he became angry that his do nothing treatment was not working. He told me only weak people need pain medication. Yes after 4 back surgeries I am weak. So if you have pain do not go to this man. Just look at his star ratings. 15 one star

Does not listen. I went to the other Drs he refered me to. When it did nothing to help my pain. He said that my previous Doctors , who were John Hopkins trained did not know what they were doing and said I was fakeing it. A 12"scar and 3 different surgeons, who have the same prognosis of my back. I was just beyond his ability. So if U like to get a injection and a neck or back massage. This is your man, if not get a real Doctor then. And what is this Scrubs thing, like he just came from surgery.

Dr. Haber was amazing, very thorough as well as kind and compassionate during my sum of only two visits. He was recommended by my own physician and it was a win win visit from beginning to end. After his examination and discussion of my condition, he presented three options. I chose PT. After 10 visits, I was w/o pain. After living w/pain for 8 months, I'm ecstatic to be walking pain free! Forever grateful. Dr. Haber!!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Haber. I was impressed by the amount of time spent with me and the extent of his questions. I have had back issues and pain for some time. We discussed a plan of action on how to proceed to get me better. His office staff and assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. The office was clean and welcoming. I will leave another review after my treatment. This area has an abundance of seniors seeking medication-- possibly that is why they left such negative reviews

Reluctant to give referral as doctor insists I continue with pain management. Injections did not work. Doctor stated surgery is necessary to fix issue, but yet will not refer to surgeon.
