I know this from being a health care provider myself ..just needs to take more time to listen to the pt and not focus so much on the injury..we go to physicians for a sense of relief and a feeling of security..he is a skilled a talented surgeon but needs to also focus on the patients concerns..Take a extra min. Or 2 and make the pt feel comfortable and confident.
