Dr. David Theodore Vandermolen is a cross-dressing; dangerous physician, who every woman should never go near; he extracates your money under the false pretense of " caring"! STAY AWAY!!!!
Very frustrated with office staff. His office manager submitted incorrect codes to my insurance, resulting in a denial of my prior auth. An appeal was started, and then cancelled when they discovered wrong codes were the problem all along. Here I am 3 months in and having to start from scratch with new PA. Time is money when out of pocket has been met. Not very happy so far. Still deciding if I want to do IVF with them or change doctors at this point. Wish staff had it together and did their job
When I first started going here 2 years ago his staff was great and very friendly. As time has gone on people have come and gone in the front. Now they are as rude as ever. You would think in a sensitive environment for patients they are trained on how to be courteous but that's just the opposite. You're lucky if you get a response when you tell them "good morning".
He has a great staff and Dr VanDermolen does most of the tests and checkups his self. highly recommend
