Dr. Craft was very clear in explaining the condition of my knee and my options as to the different procedures that can be done. Dr. Craft’s suggestions for PT and pain medicine before contemplating surgery was helpful. My husband and I found Dr. Craft to be very professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit.
During my June 2020 visit, Dr. Craft asked questions, listened to my concerns regarding recurring knee pain, and ordered an X-ray to further determine the source of my problem. It was agreed that an MRI was necessary. Dr. Craft wrote a Referral immediately. As I was not a candidate for Joint Replacement, which is his area of expertise, Dr. Craft suggested I connect with a Sports Medicine Dr. within the Rothman group. I'm physically active (walking and biking) and I also have been doing martial arts (karate) for over 50 years. It was no surprise to me that sooner or later one or both of my hips would wear out. Dr. Craft treats patients with respect and kindness. He explains issues in understandable ways to a lay person and I know he always has my best interests first and foremost. Highly recommend.
I felt very comfortable especially knowing I needed surgery
Dr Craft is so professional and kind. He spent time with me to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I really needed to hear his understanding and confidence.
I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Dr. Craft asked a lot of questions, listened carefully to my answers, and then asked follow-up questions, all before examining my knee. He was very calm and reassuring.
Dr. Craft is the surgeon one prays for when faced with a possibly life changing surgery. No one can attest to this better than I. I have two knee replacements which he performed years ago, and which have served me perfectly to this day. And I am now recovering from a hip replacement which he performed after a previous failed hip repair surgery. It is not only his knowledge and skill for which his patients are grateful, but his wonderful character, devotion, and concern.
