Dr Tsai is a great doctor. He always takes time to answer all my questions and make suggestions on what to do..very professional , and very courteous. The staff is professional and works to get you the appointment that you need. I would recommend theeee doctor and his staff. I have done rehab also and the care you receive is great. If I have had any concerns they have been addressed immediately. This office is quality care at it’s best.
Dr. Tsai is extremely knowledgeable, listens to me and I feel like he truly cares about his patients. He always answers my questions and concerns. he is very personable, yet very professional. all of his staff and all of the physical therapy department are wonderful also. Lori Rickards always goes above and beyond to help me.
Dr. Tsai and his staff are the best. From the time you check in to the time you leave, you can tell they really care about you and they respect your time, as well. Dr. Tsai spends more time discussing my issues than most doctors and he truly gets to know the person as well as just looking at and addressing the symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsai and his staff.
Dr. Tsai took over an hour on my first visit and really listened. He was kind and offered several alternative treatments.
Dr Tsai is excellent at diagnosing your health problem and giving you the options available to resolve the problem or give you relief. He knows well the benefits of rehabilitation over providing a quick fix with drugs. He is very knowledgeable and keeps abreast of the current trends in the medical field. He also knows what other medical doctors there are in the area to refer you to if necessary.
I have seen Dr. Tsai several times over the years (since 2011) & he is awesome. He will do his best to give you the best treatment he can. He listens to his patients & answers any questions you have. I would recommend him to anyone needing a physiatrist.

I have been treated by Doc Tsai for nearly a decade, and I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family because of the results he and his Rehabilitation Specialists always offer. Doc is a great listener, has patience, offers easy to understand prognosis, and has seen me quickly. I am an aging athlete and thanks to Doc & his associates, I can continue doing what I love to do!
