Brett and the team is fantastic, they go up and beyond to make the selling of your home as easy as possible. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. He also did a great job negotiating for me. Being out of town, he did things for me that he wouldn't normally have to do, including managing a contractor I hired (the contractor is not getting a good review) without Brett there, I don't know what Inwould have done. I highly recommend him!!
