Wait times were ridiculous- an hour in the front lobby, nearly an hour in exam rooms. Staff was polite but seemed rushed and overwhelmed. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
