I can't believe there are only 22 reviews for this incredible company! We needed our roof completely replaced earlier this year. My wife and I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went, from the initial estimation until the roof was finished. Everybody that we have dealt with has been amazing and exceeded our every expectation. We also needed some minor roof repair recently and had the same amazing experience. In December of 2023 they repaired our tile roof vents! Excellent work very fair! Extremely knowledgeable!
This company did several repairs on my clay roof and did an excellent job! They actually came back to fix a few more areas they missed after reviewing the photos from the first repair; more needed repairs I never would have known about. They are very honest and very nice people to deal with!
I had a great experience with David Swihart Roofing. Jeni and Matt were communicative, thorough, professional, and prompt in addressing our roof repair issues. They both took the time to explain what needed to be done and what occurred on the date of the repairs through discussion and a volume of helpful photos.
