Very easy to talk with and had time for questions. Made me feel comfortable .
I was asked to pick up the gel for my shot in the knee, then return to the office to have it administered. I thought this was a very awkward process. The office should have had the product delivered there and then gave me the shot in the office.
It has been an up hill battle finding providers like the ones I've been accustomed to since moving to CT a year ago and I could not be more thrilled with Dr. Stroh and his Medical Assistant. The auxiliary staff however is completely rude, lazy and incompetent in doing the simplest of what is required to be the first people you see in a doctor office which is, be pleasant, take nothing personal from patients and tell patients what you can do instead of a laundry list of what you cannot do.
