Dr Staff is very patient and takes the time to listen. He’s not quick to just prescribe medication without trying other remedies first. Lisa, one of the support staff is ALWAYS kind. The practice answers questions asked through the portal promptly.
Dr Staff came into the room focused on me and my problem. He had clearly reviewed my chart beforehand and told me of his concern for my condition. I was very pleased with his thoroughness.
I started seeing Dr. Staff for Crohn's Disease as recommended by a friend. He is very professional and is great with communicating new things. I was especially frightened of a procedure and he came in on his day off to assist. Dr. Staff has a lovely sense of humor while maintaining respect and that puts me at ease. I cannot recommended him enough!

Dr Staff and his team are very helpful. They always are up to date on my medical records and tests. He is very compassionate and quick to recommend the latest in treatments and diagnostics to figure things out. His MA Lisa is always on the ball and will fight for your needs with insurance. They work very well with my other doctors.
Dr. Staff was very informative and caring. This was a follow-up appointment following 2 EDGs. He clearly explained everything that was done and where some corrections were made to my esophagus and entrance to my stomach. He also answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and a great communicator

I absolutely love Dr. staff. I’ve had him for several years as a doctor as well as my husband and my dad. He is very thorough. He listens very well and genuinely cares about your concerns and addresses them.
