I am currently under Dr. Spiro's care for my neck and back. Neck surgery will be first and then maybe my lower back. I am 63 and have waited years because of my fears. ???? I will post as it happens

I was in an automobile accident where this severe cervical injury. I was airlifted to Saint Francis in received by dr. Spiro. My prognosis was poor for survival yet after 15 hours of surgery by dr. Spiro and his team I am now 4 years out and Despite All Odds of walking again I am up and about even driving and doing small errands. I went back to him for a baclofen pump implant and then again back to him for lumbar surgery just a week ago. I would go nowhere else dr. Spiro is absolutely top notch
Dr spiro is an amazing surgeon. Was injured in an automobile accident. It changed my life completely. Couldn't do much for myself anymore. Just as fast as my life as I knew it was taken from me dr spiro gave it back to me. I wouldn't highly recommend dr spiro to anyone needing spinal surgery. Amazing surgeon.
I have seen 5+ providers from many specialties over the years and had 100s of injections, therapy sessions, and treatments and nothing ever helped besides pain pills. I began seeing Dr. Spiro recently and very quickly loved the practice. Every member of his staff is super helpful and friendly. I will be going for surgery next month and his whole staff has made the preparation process so easy! Being a healthcare worker, myself, I hold very high expectations for my care and am very pleased!!!
I had my first spinal surgery by another neurosurgeon years ago. I still had severe sciatica pain from that surgery. After a few years of pain meds, and 9 spinal injections, I went to see Dr. Spiro. He was a realist. and he was AMAZING!!!!! I would recommend him to ANYONE! And please take it from someone as stubborn as me, DON'T wait to get your back fixed! Let Dr. Spiro do it!!!
