David and his wonderful team did a fantastic job on our home after the damages we sustained in the past hurricane season! We started a remodel project in 2018 with a few set backs and covid putting us on hold yet again, we were recommended David Spence and his team in 2022. We bit the bullet and hired David to head up our project that included a complete gut and addition using our porch as part of the kitchen. He did a great job on my foundation waterproofing. Did it fast even though two hurricanes were coming. He helped me protect the house before he could do the job by setting up a pump. I didn’t flood during Milton because of his water proofing. Would defin recommend him
