David and his wonderful team did a fantastic job on our home after the damages we sustained in the past hurricane season! From start to finish they made everything easy and the quality of work was excellent!! We will definitely be going to David for any other work we need done in our home from now on!

We started a remodel project in 2018 with a few set backs and covid putting us on hold yet again, we were recommended David Spence and his team in 2022. We bit the bullet and hired David to head up our project that included a complete gut and addition using our porch as part of the kitchen. He did a great job on my foundation waterproofing. Did it fast even though two hurricanes were coming. He helped me protect the house before he could do the job by setting up a pump. I didn’t flood during Milton because of his water proofing. Would defin recommend him
Unfortunately my home was flooded during hurricane Idalia. My immediate concern was, losing out on the holidays with my family.
