Was sent to him for pain management. Does good work.

Very nice office and staff - our father had intractable seizures for several years - Dr S figured out how to make them stop. Its hard being in Panama city where there aren't a lot of experts so I think we lucked out getting scheduled with him.

He actually listened and had some experience with medications that my previous neurologist either wasn't aware of or didn't know how to use.
Dr Sinclair and his nurse were really nice and thoughtful - the front desk staff are somewhat difficult and you'll get randomly assigned to a doctor unless you specify.
We waited for about 10 minutes in the exam room - he was polite and professional - didn't talk over my wife. After listening he performed a careful exam, made some treatment recommendations and imaging test requests. Still waiting on results but all-in-all a positive experience.
