Dr. Silvers’ recommendation to my dad was be admitted to a psychiatric facility. If he had bothered to actually examine my dad or order an MRI he would have seen the real problem that a different doctor found within 5 minutes of examining my father.

The doctor and staff clearly remember you, your father and his case. It is a lot more complicated than you are describing here. I am glad your dad got the care he deserves.
Dr. Silvers is thorough professional & compassionate, so is his staff. He found issues that might indicate surgery but not bad enough to do that. He recommend a different specialist because his findings pointed to another possible diagnosis that was causing the problem. He was correct about the type of specialist to see and they agreed with his diagnosis and treatment. Surgery avoided and problem solved quickly and easily. His staff moved us up w/ every cancelation. Awesome!
Dr. Silvers is amazing! I took my mother in law to see him due to recent memory loss. Dr. Silvers was attentive, compassionate and made her feel comfortable right away. He was very thorough and took his time conducting a very comprehensive assessment. We never felt rushed. He explained everything to us and presented several treatment options. We were so impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and bedside manners. we will definitely follow up with him.
Dr. Silvers and his staff have been wonderful to work with. Their patience, experience and attention to detail is above and beyond and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!
OMG ! Dr. Silvers is one heck of a doctor. Kind, patient, extremely competent. Took a lot of time, asked many questions, gave me a great comprehensive exam, and gave me the feeling that he really cares. Furthermore, his staff is great. They kind of new my concerns before I did, and handled everything in a professional, friendly, caring manner. Great experience, and I'm very positive about the eventual outcome.

My mother was either a zombie or unmanageable under previous neurologists, including one with a distinguished reputation. Dr. Silvers was the first to identify her problem and manage her meds so we can enjoy her and talk with her, but also can manage her at home. Dr. Silvers has a distinguished history and reputation, but in his case, it is deserved. We were very lucky to find him.
