Professional, friendly, thorough, patient, caring.
Dr Silvers is knowledgable and just what we needed after not being heard by other specialists. He is beyond kind and intelligent. We are lucky to have found him. I also want to say that Lilac, who works at the office and happens to be the doctor’s wife, could not have been kinder. This is a first rate, high tech practice with old school compassion and values.
In addition to the caring nature and professional expertice of Dr. David Silvers, and his Nurse Practicioner, Frances, Dr. Silvers has the most consistently caring and helpful office staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They have really gone above and beyond. Wonderful.
When you are looking for a neurologist, it is important to find a doctor who is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The doctors staff needs to be patient and friendly. I have MS so fears about the unknown are always on my mind. Dr. Silvers realizes this and will always answer all your questions with the medical experience he has as well as a humanity we all need as patients. He is simply the best and I consider him a gift. I would recommend him enthusiastically.
He's a Doctor that Actually spends time with the patient. Very knowledgeable, his staff is nice and so helpful. I highly recommend this Practice.
Very difficult to get appointments, misdiagnosed me, sent fiancé to cardiologist and cardiologist asked y he was there, I said didn't dr send script, he said yes but just say s diagnosis nothing else. He prescribed medication and didn't call it in for one month. Office staff very nice. Francis amazing, Then he writes all my drs these fancy notes which sure are form letter he has, but he gives no time to patient, but has time to write notes. Misdiagnosis. Took month for him to call in prescription, gives 2 min to patient but writes fancy notes to drs that referred him. Would fly to Australia before seeing this guy. Nice first time then beyond awfull.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Silvers for 10 years. I feel comfortable and confident that I have the best health care available from Dr. Silvers, and his team. I find the staff competent and kind. I am happy to refer anyone to Dr. Silvers and Gardens Neurology . Nancy Wayne, North Palm Beach, Florida.
It was I who posted a recent somewhat negative review mainly about their office staff. I am glad to say they immediately responded and pointed out they are extremely short staffed and apologized. There was also mentioned some difficulties related to their communication with the MRI testing agency. So I will continue giving this Dr my business and hope they are able to hire more staff and resolve their data issues. Being courteous on the phone can be accomplished even while short staffed.
