I've had an extremely great experience taking my child here. The women at the front desk have always been wonderful and very helpful. The lady who does the EEGs works very well with children, even children with sensory issues. Dr. Siegler is very responsive and answers all my questions and concerns. He also comes highly recommended by everyone in the pediatric community. All of my child's other doctors have heard of him and he's highly regarded.
If i could rate a 0 I would. If I was referred to this Dr for my daughter. They call to set up the appointment and tell me my insurance is covered but they dont take Indian Healthcare….. which was weird since thats the dr who referred me and if it wasn't covered by Indian healthcare then they would not have referred me to them. They tell me to contact my dr with questions which I did. My Dr informed me that it will be covered that the person who spoke to me wasn't well versed in how coverage works.
