I have to agree with the other negative reviews. David consistently overpromises and underdelivers, and others we have communicated with say this is no surprise and just what he does. He is difficult to reach and frequently ignores communications - no courtesy of a response. When he does respond, he denies he's been ignoring us. He will then directs tenants to submit maintenance requests—which then go unanswered as well - LITERALLY. My wife chose to do business with David Shelton (against my wishes and requests to fire him) based on who their mutual Facebook friends were. David repeatedly overpromised and underdelivered, breaking one promise after another. When it was time to sign papers under a notary's supervision, David's office manager volunteered a story about a time their brokerage found themselves on the wrong end of a lawsuit over an alleged "miscalculation" on the square footage of a house.
