My wife chose to do business with David Shelton (against my wishes and requests to fire him) based on who their mutual Facebook friends were. David repeatedly overpromised and underdelivered, breaking one promise after another. When it was time to sign papers under a notary's supervision, David's office manager volunteered a story about a time their brokerage found themselves on the wrong end of a lawsuit over an alleged "miscalculation" on the square footage of a house.
