I have to agree with the other negative reviews. David consistently overpromises and underdelivers, and others we have communicated with say this is no surprise and just what he does. He is difficult to reach and frequently ignores communications - no courtesy of a response. When he does respond, he denies he's been ignoring us. He will then directs tenants to submit maintenance requests—which then go unanswered as well - LITERALLY.
