All I can say is… Dr. Khoa Nguyen 10/10 personable, 10/10 knowledgeable, 1000/10 humor. very good experience for myself and my son and location is perfect for us!
Dr Nyugen is absolutely amazing. He's done 2 ingrown toenail procedures for me and both have been amazingly painless. He is very careful to make sure you are absolutely beyond a shadow of a doubt fully numbed up before he starts cutting in. While it may seem like he comes in and out while he's numbing you up he is incredibly efficient at it. Dr Nyugen saved my toe, thought there was no way to fix the damage but he managed to reattach it and stabilize the bone. Not sure everyone wants to see the gory pictures so I'll leave them out for now
All I wanted were my ingrown cut out. All my toenails were cut too short and I still have ingrown. Margins were not properly addressed. Skin was left in the margins. One toenail was cut almost completely off and I will not be able to wear open toe sandals all season. Nails were left jagged. Caught on my socks. The concern was getting my insurance and passing off my clippings for fungal analysis ….which I did not go in for. I give zero stars and just as many F’s. I am on my feet all day and this is awful. Update: I have an arthritic bone at the top of my foot. Dr Viola has been outstanding! PT and an injection have helped tremendously. Plus, she’s a delight! Fixed my bunion and hammertoe - no more foot pain! Front office is super helpful. Recommend!
