Twice in the past two weeks I called the Oxford office to schedule an appointment. When I mentioned the foot condition to be treated, the rep put me on hold for over ten minutes. I finally hung up. Same thing this morning. Seems like the rep is instructed to let potential clients with calluses just hang on the line. Very unprofessional.
Dr Hervey is outstanding! She made my visits comfortable and really helped with my issue. I wish I had seen her sooner! 10/10 would recommend a visit with her!
I am here after my 1 year follow up post bunion repair surgery. I postponed this surgery for so many years. I chose the non internal fixation surgery. I can not say enough of the wonderful staff Dr. Nguyen has here in the Oxford office. As for Dr. Nguyen, his professional manner and expertise is wonderful. thanks to the doctors and professional staff for my recent appointment , I was very nervous about having my ingrown toe nail corrected , they explained every step to what the doctor would be doing and at that point I felt at ease . Before you know it the doctor was done and all this with no pain . So if you have any foot or ankle problems Vale F&A are the ones to give you the best care . I would not hesitate to recommend them . Dr Khoa Nguyen is an excellent foot and ankle surgeon. He fixed my foot pain quickly. I’m good as new now.
