bought this because i have sciatica and a mess of scar tissue around my sitting bone. never in my life have i imagined sitting without discomfort or outright pain, and i immediately bought 2 more to just fold in half and sit on at home and work. “life changing” is not an exaggeration. also, top notch, personal customer service !
Purchased a gel pad from David Scott Co. and USPS claimed delivered, but the package was never received. The kind folks at David Scott Co. sent another package free of charge to replace the lost package. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH and is the milestone we use for identifying great companies. Will do business with again! The blue diamond gel pad product purchased (cat#BD2640m) is great quality, can be used in many many applications (will be used in a kayak in this case).
