Stellar realtor. . I've known David for years now. He helped us buy 2 homes, and soon will help us sell one. Not only he is knowledgeable and efficient, but David also helped us avoid several other homes with issues that were not easy to spot, with either the property itself or the neighborhood. When it comes to purchase price, David always helped us bid spot on, enough to get the property but never overpaying. He was incredibly patient also. I can't recommend him enough.

My sale was significantly over list price and my purchase was negotiated to well below listing.
