DR. RIGONAN has taken great care of me for over twenty years . I wish every doctor was as wonderful and outstanding as she is. Her peaceful and soothing likableness puts me at ease every time I have a visit.
All calls went to call center which is ridiculous. She was over an hour late on my appointment that made me late for work.
Unsympathetic or empathic of patients medical pains. Unprofessional because she will raise her voice and walk out of the room if you disagree with her.
We are Kasperski family in Fontana and I've been with her almost 4 years now and she is beyond call of duty, so you have to wait maybe 30 minutes to see her don't gripe ,she has a patient needs more attention . she bends backwards for her patients and calls them even at night if she has concerns, if she doesn't call you back rite away she is extremely bust but she will call even if its late in evening .don't gripe if you have to Waite a while sometimes good doctors are hard to find.

She is a exceptional person, she is always there for me and anything I’m in need she answers all my questions an concerns always reply to my email an her qualities are extremely good. 77 year old husband fell on hard surface. Thought he broke his wrist. Went into Memorial Care lab for x-ray not realizing you need a prescription from MD. Patient called Dr. Norcross’s office Today (Sunday). Dr. Norcross called back and gave him the necessary prescription. Our whole family has loved and trusted Dr. Norcross for more than 30 years. He has never let us down.
