Cancels my appointment because I asked his receptionist for insurance codes to call my carrier to make sure he's getting paid. He didn't like that! Since they will not call insurance company, you would think that that isn't an inappropriate questions. I guess he's to important.

Would you recommend this doctor to others? I Already Have Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Yes Does this doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? Yes

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
