I had a great experience working with David. Since I was out of state during the process, he went above and beyond to help coordinate everything and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. He helped schedule landscaping and repair services for me, he even did some of the minor repairs himself. He was very hands-on throughout the process. I highly recommend David to anyone buying or selling a home, and I would absolutely work with him again in the future.
David was the best realtor I could ask for! Didn’t have to worry about a thing and was willing to do whatever it would take to make sure I was happy with my new home.
David, is fantastic to work with. He provided me analysis of what my rental property would currently rent out for. He let me know that I listed the property a little too high, and provided his recommendation and advice. I adjusted my rental price and got the property rented out, he didn't even charge me for the analysis. I would definitely recommend and work with David in the future.
