My situation seems to be almost similar to the 1st comment. Please do not hire this attorney. I hired him for a case and he basically took my money and never resolved my issue. He won't take any of my calls or when I call his office, his secretary always states that he is in court. He responded by text a few times but never answered my questions or would advise me that he would look into it but would never contact me back. David Nenner, was a Huge disappointment!! We paid for a jury trial, an extra $4,000 which never happened. We were told to take the plea bargain. Now we have a discrepancy of time served, and he wanted another $1,000 to petition the court. Would never recommend his services!!! Was forced to give him one star!!!
