I saw Dr. Greenstein in Beverly, MA and was VERY impressed with the visit. He was incredibly considerate, patient, and was sure to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. For anyone looking for dermatologist help, Dr. Greenstein would be a confident direction to pursue.
Saw Dr. Greenstein for spot of squamous cell carcinoma which he said could be treated with liquid nitrogen. Big mistake! Saw another doctor and will be having Mohs surgery. Had a spot on my leg treated with liquid nitrogen which Dr. Greenstein said was harmless and it has not healed well at all. Sorry to say that I would not recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr.Greenstein virtually during Covid and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Greenstein is through and amazingly prompt at getting back to you. I highly recommend him.
I think hes awesome thorough great personality very professional and a great surgeon. Highly recommend him to everyone. Cares about you as a individual. Very happy I have a doc who is higher than 5 stars.
I like working with Dr. Greenstein and his practice so much better than the big teaching hospital in Boston which is like an assembly line, he is very attentive and respectful and so is the office staff
Dr. Greenstein has been my family's dermatologist for close to 20 years. He has always taken the time to listen to me and address any concerns I have had. The kindness and empathy he has shown my daughter who has vitiligo and had acne has been especially wonderful.
Greenstein needs to be more professional and wash his hands and put on gloves before touching a patient. NEDA is a financially oriented factory that uses dermatology as a cash cow. Check out their patient packet that you are given when first arriving. One page about you and multiple pages on how you will pay and what they will do to you if you don't. This is a fast moving, sloppy practice. I will never go back and neither should you.
Dr. Greenstein did not listen to me when I told him about of concern. I had mentioned this area to him several times. Another dermatologist biopsied the spot and found squamous cells.
