No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were about every type of contact. They were able to answer all my questions. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. The waiting room here is spacious. ... read more

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their clients. The staff strives to maintain a professional appearance and, to me, went above and beyond customer service.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
