Does the provider's staff try to accomodate your schedule when booking appointments Usually Does this optometrist offer glasses repairs or adjustments? Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. No, I was always attended to Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
