David is a wonderfully caring man. He is also a strong communicator and is very organized. Those things carry through to his professionalism in the real estate world. He helped us make a good offer on the house of our dreams, then he listed our current house, handled 4-5 offers, and sold it fast. It was a whirlwind but he guided us through it all with no hiccup. In fact, much of the negotiations and inspections were while we were out of the country and he made the process very smooth! We highly recommend David as your agent.
