His staff is great. He on the other hand has a tendency to not report everything that is said in an office visit. I had a turp in October. Soon after o got klipsella and ecoli and was tested by him. He said its fine go home...2 days later I went to uchealth er and they put me in hospital for 2 days. Some time went by and I told him I was having problems with my sensors that tell me to go pee. Dr ritzema and staff are very caring. Had a situation with an er catheter and his m.a. is outstanding. Her and the dr have very good bedside manner
