I really enjoy going to the dentist now. The people there know what they are doing and want to help me. The staff is not only interested in my mouth, but me as a person. They know my name when I come in the door. The quality of work is great and they stand behind what they do. They worked with me when there was treatment I needed but couldn't afford. They helped me apply for Care Credit which allowed me to get my treatment done and make payments on it. And it was interest free!

Of all the dentists I've had (at least 6), and from three different states, Dr. Matthews and his staff are the best. After another dentist failed to find my problem and suggested I return for a second diagnostic visit, I decided to look for a different dentist and found Dr. Matthews. He and his staff diagnosed a cracked tooth even though it did not show up in xrays. Dr. Matthews is great because he is talented and truly wants to give you the best care available.

I was new to the Eugene area & wanted to establish a good relationship with a new doctor, dentist, etc. I know that sometimes that can be somewhat challenging but Dr. Dave Matthews office made me feel very welcome right from the first phone call. The office staff was very efficient & knowledgeable of my insurance. They had an appointment time that was perfect for me right away for my first exam.
