I have been a patient of dr. matthews for 15 years,. they have been prompt, kind, gentle and helpful. very rarely have i been kept waiting, and when i do, they apologize with a gift of cider. Usually, there is a very good reason. Heck, how long do we all wait at our physicians with out batting an eye. His dentistry is impeccable. His staff is very knowledgeable. One time they figured out that between the dr and his staff, there is over 100 years of experiece. I will always be his patient.
I've always received good services and been made very comfortable. The day after my 11 year old had 6 teeth pulled . Dr. Matthews called himself to check on him ! My experiences have always been positive.
Very quick to get it all taken care of. very friendly and easy going.
Professional, calling ahead before appointments, reminders - in person. On time - flexible .
