In May I had an appointment with Dr. Rich at Atlantic Urology. Dr Rich is the best from my very first appointment 3 yrs ago to May’s appointment. He is so knowledgeable speaks in language that a person can understand he honestly cares. He is truly the best and wouldn’t hesitate to visit him and am confident in his action plans.
I had an issue this morning (Thursday, May 8) during my intermittent catheterization and it concerned me enough to visit the Atlantic Urology office in Myrtle Beach when they opened at 8:00 AM and sign in. I didn't have an appointment but the two ladies in the booth were friendly, concerned and helpful and were able to work me in to speak with a nurse by 8:30. Always a pleasant experience at Atlantic Urology.
I know Dr. Rich for years. I work with him at the hospital providing a patient anesthesia for his cases. Also, I know him as my personal urologist. I always have excellent experiences with Dr. Rich. He is knowledgeable, caring, and take his time with his patients. I highly recommend him and his office team.
Check-in is always simple, efficient & hastle free. On my most recent lab visit, I was in & out in less than 10 mins from signing in.
