Am pleased with Dr. Rawitscher and have been a patient of his for more than 5 years. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the organization. Everything requires follow up messages and calls. Always a sincere apology, but, if no follow up, then no results. Don't know if the is a BSW org issue, but, somebody somewhere has to be aware that service is sub-par.
