The dental care itself was life-changing, and I’m grateful for the work they did. I waited two weeks for this appointment and had already missed my mid-year cleaning due to losing my childhood home. When I missed this appointment because of housing transition and medical issues, I was required to pay the missed appointment fee in full before being allowed to reschedule, with no flexibility offered. While I understand policies, the lack of compassion or consideration for individual circumstances was disappointing.
